Peter Muserlian, President
While Peter Muserlian briefly worked away from the family business after attending Le Moyne College, he was eventually called back and has since lead PEMCO Group to success with his strategic vision and planning. Muserlian’s extensive track record of client satisfaction and ambitious planning for the future has firmly established PEMCO Group’s short and long-term growth and success. Peter is a graduate of Le Moyne College and Manlius Pebble Hill School. Today, he resides in Fayetteville, NY with his wife, Nancy and has two children, Peter and Jane.
Joseph Fletcher, Chief Financial Officer
Joe is a Certified Public Accountant and has been with the company since September of 2001. He is happily married to his wife, Mary Pat, and has 2 daughters Lauren and Nicole.
Joseph Catanzaro, Development and Leasing
Joe joined Pemco Group in July 2007 after working as an Assistant District Attorney in the Onondaga County District Attorney’s Office. As a member of Pemco Group, Joe is involved in sales/leasing, construction and property management, and maintaining the insurance portfolio covering all Pemco property. Joe’s legal background and experience both serve the company in the areas of lease negotiation, drafting and interpretation, and in landlord-tenant matters. [email protected].
Peter Muserlian, Jr., Development and Leasing
Peter is one of PEMCO Group’s leasing agents, has had a great deal of experience in growing and developing the business through an extensive contact list and through maintaining tenant satisfaction at existing properties. Other experience includes construction management and land development. Peter is a life time resident of Central New York and a 2003 Graduate of Manlius Pebble Hill School. Richard Ruggaber, Construction Manager
Rick joined PEMCO group is September 2013 his origins are in the architectural and construction industries with over 37-years of combined experience. He started at a young age in his family owned framing and masonry business then attending OCC where he obtained an architectural technology degree. After college he spent 12-years in the architectural field before working in the construction industry as an estimator and project manager using his past experience on Design-Build projects. He resides in Liverpool NY with his wife, Kris and three children Kyle, Rachael and Luke.
Terri Corfield, Office Manager
Terri Corfield joined Pemco Group in 1991. She is currently responsible for office management and oversees all office support services for Pemco Group. [email protected]
