Pemco Group is a full-service commercial real estate development company based in Syracuse, NY, that has been active in real estate for over 30 years. Founded in 1987 by Peter Muserlian, Sr., our company has established its business in evaluating commercial real estate opportunities in which long-term value can be created that will contribute to the overall success of the region.

Pemco Group is an experienced real estate developer of both new construction and repurposed commercial projects including medical and corporate office, industrial-flex, mixed use, retail center, and hotel. Whether a project calls for a new build from the ground up or renovation of an existing building, our objective is to consistently deliver the highest quality space to our tenants and to set the standard for future development expectations in our community.
